We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Engineer with hands-on experience in Elastic Search, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications using these technologies.

Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable software solutions using Elastic Search, Java, and Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Optimize and fine-tune existing systems to improve performance and reliability.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Elastic Search, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.

• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and advocate for best practices in software development.

• Utilize Spring Boot to create microservices that are scalable and easily maintainable.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and skill improvement.

• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain system health.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Elastic Search, Java, and Spring Boot.

• Strong proficiency in building and maintaining cloud-based applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• In-depth knowledge of Elastic Search, including index management, query optimization, and cluster management.

• Experience with data modeling, mapping, and analysis using Elastic Search.

• Proficiency in using Elastic Stack tools such as Kibana, Logstash, and Beats.

• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of Elastic Search clusters.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and practices.

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with other search and indexing technologies such as Solr or Lucene.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
