Dashboard Coordinator

to join our Marketing & Sales in our Szentendre office

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

Model e certification process and excel reporting

  • Align operational details of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) measurement with business owners

  • Support excel reporting setup

  • Develop and maintain desk procedures

  • Identify possible interfaces

Model e compliance process and scorecard

  • Align operational details of KPI measurement with business owners

  • Support the scorecard setup process and governance

  • Develop and maintain desk procedures

  • Seek automation opportunities

VDM reporting

  • Support Business owner request to harmonize and optimize workflows among Dashboards and back-end database operated by National Sales Company Operating System Team (NSC Op. Sys.)

  • Set up HERMES (Input user interface platform) templates in connection with Variable Dealer Margin (VDM) reporting

  • Identify touch-points between Model e compliance implementation to target leaner process execution

DID database management

  • Familiarize with Dealer Information Database (DID) database functionality, maintain special attention to activity-based features

  • Support Business owner requests to change business logic in DID structure

Dealer attestation process

  • Collect and store Field Service Actions (FSA) which were nominated to SALES HOLD actions

  • Set up the attestation process

  • Run standard reporting

  • Consider future development and hosting solutions for this process

Dealer Communication Center (DCC – Digital Case Management)

  • Understand market/user’s needs and collect development ideas

  • Work together with the process reengineering team to identify a new application for this tool and find a new hosting solution

  • Run standard reporting and send to markets about DCC KPIs.

  • Revisit training materials and provide training upon market requests

Dealer Quality (Standard Audits & Mystery Shopping)

  • Support Business owner request to harmonize and optimize workflows among Dashboards and back-end database operated by NSC Op. Sys.

Are we looking for you? Yes, if….

  • You have IT skills: Excel, Alteryx (preferred)

  • You are able to work independently

  • You have project management experience (preferred)

  • You are a good problem solver and have a "can do" attitude

  • You have analytical skills and high attention to details

  • You have strong communication skills

  • You speak English fluently (written and spoken)

  • You have university / college degree

  • Good understanding of Sales and Aftersales operation and related KPIs, systems (preferred)
